Daktari Biotechnology Ltd, as a founder of Diaspora University Town (DUT), will open pharmacies at DUT.

The Company will build three properties in the MSMEs plots in the town for the pharmacy division.

About 2% of the Ksh 15 billion new DUT GDP, Ksh 300 million, will be applied toward medicines and vaccines. Daktari Biotechnology Pharmacies will be the lead pharmacies selling medicines and vaccines at the Diaspora University Town.

Kenya Market

As Kenya's GDP grows from the current $110 billion (about Ksh 14 trillion) to $250 billion (about Ksh 25 trillion) by 2030, the Kenya medicines and vaccines consumption will grow alongside the GDP growth to about Ksh 500 billion.

Daktari Biotechnology Ltd pharmacies will be part of this growth. The goal is to reach Ksh 20 billion Sales revenue through 100 pharmacy outlets.
